Diversity and Displacement: Exploring Ethical Approaches to Migration
Manuel is a self-taught person in many of his areas of ability. Not so unusual considering he is a polymath with an IQ ≥ 150. In 2018, at the age of 40, he met Prof. Darryl Macer. Thanks to him, Manel started (and finished!) a Master on Sustainability Sciences in the American University of Sovereign Nations.
In addition to the highly exceptional giftedness traits (and issues), Manel also bears some disabilities. One of them is a severe visual impairment. His double exceptional nature has hampered the Manel’s educational curriculum. However, it also has given a special character to his works. In despite of being faithful to rules of the game of science, even his most scholarly papers share an unorthodox approach. His text shows a touch of humor and lyricism with bitter, blunt and explicit moments. In his own words: “I shape my thoughts with the hammer that I get from Nietzsche’s corpse”.
