Master of Business Administration (MBA)

 

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is a master’s degree program that provides academically qualified individuals the basic fundamental core business administration and management knowledge necessary to become future leaders in an ever-changing national and global industry. The Program has a primary focus on preparing managers and professionals who are already working in industry, but desire to become a leader and are willing to use and apply their previous experience in fields such as healthcare, venture capital, as well as business in general, to the study of managing and operating successful organizations.

To develop the new breed of business leader, who is ethically conscious, socially responsible, has critical-thinking ability, is able to analyze the business aspects of delivery of specialised knowledge, such as healthcare or environmental management, and is dedicated to the commitment of the advancement of all Peoples and populations.

Because technical knowledge is complex and inherently multi-disciplinary, the values that guide MBA Program include the following:

Curriculum
To complete the MBA program, students must satisfy the MBA course curriculum, which requires a minimum of 32 semester credit hours. The MBA program can be completed by either full-time or part-time study, and accordingly, can be completed within one to two years of study (480 clock hours of instruction).

The program draws upon the wide international experience of the faculty of AUSN, as well as their multidisciplinary qualifications. The program was certified by the American Academy of Financial Management and Analysts (AAFMA) in 2013.
